How it works
From first click to first report
Nothing here requires a meeting. The whole thing starts with a form and read-only access, and you can stop after the audit having paid nothing.
Before you commit to anything
- You request the audit. Six questions on the audit page, about two minutes. No card, no account to create.
- You grant read-only access. Instructions are emailed the moment the form arrives: partner access via Meta Business Manager, or a read-only user in Google Ads. It takes two minutes, and read-only means nothing in the account can be changed, paused or spent.
- The written audit arrives within 48 hours. The three biggest issues in the account, what should be done about each, and what fixing it is likely worth. Delivered as a document you keep, not a call you have to sit through.
- You decide. Most people do not go on to the retainer. That is a perfectly normal outcome, and there is no follow-up sequence waiting for you.
If we do go ahead
- Week one, fix the measurement. No campaign gets touched until the conversions are known to be real. There is no point optimising towards a number that is wrong, and more often than not the campaigns are fine and the tracking is not.
- Week one to two, restructure. Campaign and audience structure rebuilt for how the platforms serve ads now. This is usually where the biggest single gain is.
- Ongoing, test and optimise. Creative and audience testing with enough budget per test to produce a real answer, plus weekly hands-on work on the account.
- Monthly, report honestly. Pulled from the platform APIs, covering what worked, what did not, what changed and what happens next.
What is needed from you
- Read-only access to the ad accounts, then admin access if we work together.
- An honest number for what a customer is worth to you. Without it, nobody can tell whether the ads are working.
- Whatever creative you already have. Photos, video, old ads, anything.
- A reply within a couple of days when something needs a decision. That is genuinely the whole list.
What you keep
- Ownership of your ad accounts and pages, throughout and afterwards. The work happens inside your accounts, never a Fraher Digital one.
- Your data. Nothing is shared with anyone, and read-only access during an audit means nothing can be altered.
- The audit, whether or not you go any further.
- The right to leave. Rolling monthly, cancel any time. If you go, access stays yours and Fraher Digital removes itself from the accounts.
Questions people ask at this point
Do I have to have a call?
No, and that is deliberate. The audit is written and the retainer runs over email. A call is always available if you would rather talk, but it is never a condition of anything.
How quickly does the retainer start working?
Measurement fixes show up immediately, because they change what you can see rather than what the account does. Structural changes need a few weeks for the platforms to learn. Anyone promising a transformation in week one is guessing.
What if I already have an agency?
The audit works the same way, and read-only access does not disturb anything they are doing. Plenty of people use it as a second opinion and stay where they are.
Who actually does the work?
Peter Fraher, who founded and runs the practice. Fraher Digital is deliberately small and takes on a limited number of accounts, so the person you deal with is the person doing the work rather than an account manager relaying it.
