Privacy Policy
What I collect, why, and how to get rid of it. Plain English, because a privacy notice nobody reads protects nobody.

This site is operated by Fraher Digital, a digital and AI practice run by Peter Fraher. Fraher Digital is the data controller for the information described here.

What I collect
Only what you type into the audit form, which is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name
- Your website URL
- Which ad platform you use (Facebook, Google or both)
- Your approximate monthly ad spend, as a range
- Anything you write in the optional notes box
Submitting the form also records your IP address, browser user agent and the page you came from. That is stored to stop the form being abused by bots, not to profile you.
If you go on to ask for an audit, you may give me read-only access to your ad account. I can see performance data. I cannot change, pause or spend anything, and I do not download or keep your account data beyond the audit I write for you.
Why I use it, and on what basis

I do not add you to a marketing list, and I do not send newsletters from this site. If you say you are not interested, that is the end of it.
Where it is stored, and who else sees it
Form submissions go to a form backend operated by Fraher Digital on a private server, and a notification email is sent to me. Email is handled by Google Workspace.
I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with anyone else beyond the service providers that make the site work, which are:
- Cloudflare, which serves the site and filters malicious traffic.
- Google Workspace, which carries my email.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces this page uses.
- Meta, but only if you consented to advertising cookies. See below.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
This site sets no cookies at all unless you click Allow on the cookie banner. There is no analytics running, and nothing is stored on your device by default.
If you click Allow, the Meta (Facebook) pixel loads and sets its own cookies, typically
_fbp and _fbc. That lets me tell which ads brought people here and
show ads to people who have visited. If you then submit the form, a matching event is also
sent to Meta from my server so the two are counted once rather than twice. This includes a
one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your email address, which Meta uses to match the
event and which cannot be read back as your address.
If you click No thanks, none of that happens: no pixel, no cookies, and nothing at all is sent to Meta, including when you submit the form. Saying no does not change how this site or the form works.
Meta processes data in the United States under the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie choice link in the footer, which withdraws consent and deletes those cookies.
Your browser also stores one small item to remember your cookie answer, so you are not asked on every page. That is not a cookie and is never sent anywhere.
How long I keep it
Audit requests are kept for 24 months from your last contact with me, so I have a record of what I sent you and why. After that they are deleted. If you become a client, the usual accounting records are kept for six years as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me to:
- give you a copy of what I hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how I use it, including any direct marketing;
- withdraw consent for cookies at any time.
Email [email protected] and I will action it within one month. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason for a deletion request.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would rather you told me first so I can fix it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people who have already submitted the form will be emailed to them.
