Partner programme
Sell ads and websites without building a delivery team.
Refer the work, resell it, or put your own name on it. Twenty-three years of paid media and web build sits behind all three, and how visible we are is entirely your choice.

Who this is for
People businesses already listen to.
Consultants, freelancers, agencies, business coaches, accountants and the generally well connected. People who spend their week talking to business owners and get asked, fairly often, whether they know anyone good for ads or a new website.
Most of them either pass the question on and hear nothing back, or take the work and then have to find someone to do it. Both are worse than they need to be. One wastes a relationship you built, the other puts your name on delivery you cannot see.
This is the third option. You choose how far into the work you go, from a single introduction to selling and delivering it entirely under your own brand, and the delivery is the same either way.
The three levels
How involved you want to be.
One axis, not a menu. Each step takes on more of the selling and returns more of the reward. You can start at one and move to another, and most partners do.
For people with a good network
Introduction partner
You make the introduction. We do the rest.
- You introduce us and step back
- We run the conversation, the proposal and the contract
- We deliver the work and hold the relationship
- You earn on month one and on the year that follows
- Nothing to learn, nothing to deliver
For consultants who like selling
Reseller partner
You lead the conversation. We take it from yes.
- You lead the sale to the point the client is ready
- The client contracts with and is invoiced by us
- We deliver the work and report on it
- A higher rate than Introduction, and for twice as long
- Decks, scoping notes and pricing guidance provided
For agencies adding a service
White label partner
Your brand, front to back. We are not in the room.
- You sell and deliver under your own name
- The client contracts with you and pays you
- We deliver behind the scenes and invoice you at trade rates
- You set your own client pricing and keep the margin
- Your client need never know we exist
Side by side
What actually differs between them.
| Introduction | Reseller | White label | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who leads the sale | Fraher Digital | You | You |
| Whose brand | Fraher Digital | Fraher Digital | Yours |
| Who the client pays | Fraher Digital | Fraher Digital | You |
| Who holds the relationship | Fraher Digital | Shared | You |
| Reward | Rises with your involvement. The figures are in the partner framework. | ||
Reward rises at each level, and the figures are not on this page on purpose. Commission, trade rates and what you charge your own clients are in the partner framework, which you get after the first call. Publishing a white label partner’s cost price would tell their clients exactly what their margin is.
What you can offer
Two things properly, and a few alongside.
The programme is built around the two services the practice is strongest at. The rest are real, and they sell better attached to one of the first two than on their own.
Primary
Paid ads management
Google and Meta, built and run properly: account structure, creative, tracking that survives a browser update, and reporting that says what to do next rather than restating what happened.
Primary
Website design and build
Fixed-price builds from a single page to a full platform. Schema, analytics and a machine-readable summary configured before launch, not bolted on afterwards. The client owns the site, the code and the domain.
Alongside
SEO, AI visibility and automation
Search work on what already ranks and what should, being findable when somebody asks an AI assistant for a recommendation, and automating the admin that eats a small team’s week. Available on any level.
Everything is delivered by senior specialists. Peter scopes the work and oversees it throughout, which is the part that does not change no matter whose logo is on the report.
Build a niche with us
If you know a sector, package it.
Partners who know one industry properly are worth more to us than partners who know a little about twenty, because they can tell us things we would otherwise learn slowly and expensively.
If that is you, we will build the offer with you: a fixed scope and a fixed price for your sector, with the landing pages, the ad structure and the reporting already shaped around what those businesses actually care about. You bring the knowledge of the market, we bring the delivery and the pricing that holds.
Partners who develop a packaged offer earn at a higher rate on their own sales of it, for as long as the package keeps selling and on the same commission period per client as everything else. You are also named lead partner for that niche for six months from launch while you are actively selling into it, which means we will not put somebody else on it without talking to you first.
All of that is agreed in writing before any of it is built. The materials and the pricing end up belonging to us; what you know about your market stays yours.
How it works
Four steps, and none of them take a month.
- Get in touch Use the form at the foot of this page, or book a call directly. Tell us who you work with and roughly how often the question comes up.
- A short call to agree the level Twenty minutes. We work out which of the three fits what you actually want to do, and say so plainly if the honest answer is none of them.
- You get the partner framework The terms in writing: what you earn, when it is paid, what we deliver, what happens if a client leaves, and the confidentiality that applies to white label work.
- Start, with the material to do it Pricing you can quote from, scoping questions worth asking, case material you can use, and a person to ring. On white label everything arrives unbranded, ready for your logo.
Why partner with us
What you are actually attaching your name to.
Senior people do the work
Twenty-three years across paid media, web build and conversion. No account managers, no junior team billed at senior rates. The person who scoped it is still on it at launch.
Commission paid promptly
A statement in the first week of each month, paid within seven days. We raise the invoice, so there is nothing for you to issue. No quarterly reconciliation, and once commission is paid it is never clawed back.
Prices are already published
Our client pricing is on this site in full, which means nothing you quote gets undercut by us later and nobody you introduce finds a different number when they look.
Confidentiality that means something
On white label we are invisible: unbranded reports, no contact with your clients, no naming them, and no approach to them if you and we stop working together.
No targets, no minimums
No joining fee, no annual fee, no volume you have to hit to keep your terms. One introduction a year is a perfectly good partnership.
The same guarantee, passed through
Monthly, cancellable, and it stops if it is not worth several times the fee. On white label that protects you most, because it is your name the client sees.
Questions
The ones partners ask first.
Do I need marketing experience?
No for Introduction, which is just a warm introduction to someone you already speak to. Reseller and white label are easier if you have sold professional services before, but neither needs you to know how a Google Ads account is structured. You get the material to sell with, and on anything technical you can put us on the call or ask us and pass the answer on.
Can I switch levels later?
Yes, and most partners do. People usually start by introducing one or two businesses, see how the work lands, then take more of the sale themselves. Nothing you have already introduced changes when you move: it stays on the terms it started on.
Who owns the client?
It depends on the level, which is the honest answer rather than a comfortable one. On Introduction and Reseller the client contracts with us, so the contract is ours and you earn for a defined period rather than indefinitely: twelve months on Introduction, and up to twenty-four on Reseller while you stay involved with the client. On white label the client is yours outright. They contract with you, pay you, and we have no relationship with them at all, for as long as you keep the work.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly. In the first week of each month you get a self-billing statement setting out what came in from your clients the month before and what is owed to you, and we pay within seven days of it. Self-billing means we raise the invoice, so there is nothing for you to issue and nobody to chase for a purchase order number. Commission is earned on fees we have actually received, and once it is paid to you it is never clawed back. The rates themselves are in the partner framework, which you get after the first call.
Will my white label clients know you are involved?
Not unless you tell them. Work is delivered in your brand, reports carry your logo, and if you want us on a client call we join as part of your team. We do not contact your clients, name them publicly, or approach them if you and we stop working together.
Is there a cost to join?
No. No joining fee, no annual fee, no minimum volume and no sales targets. If you introduce one business a year that is fine, and if you introduce none we are not going to ring you about it.
What if a client I introduce is already talking to you?
Register the name with us before you spend real time on it and you get an answer within one working day. If they are already in a live conversation with us we will say so. If they are a dormant contact with nothing live in the last six months, the introduction is yours. A registered introduction is protected for ninety days, and for longer while the conversation is still going. Getting this wrong once would cost more than it could ever save.
How quickly can you take on work?
The practice deliberately runs a limited number of projects at a time, so the honest answer is that it depends on what is already booked. You will be told the real start date before you promise one, not after.
What happens if the work goes badly?
The same guarantee your clients would get applies to partner work: monthly, cancellable, and if it is not worth several times the fee it stops. On white label that matters more, not less, because it is your name on it. Anything that goes wrong gets fixed at our cost and you hear about it from us first.
Which services can I sell?
Paid ads on Google and Meta, and website design and build, are the two we want partners selling because they are the two we are strongest at. SEO, AI visibility and automation work are available too, usually alongside one of the first two rather than on their own.
